阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎的效果观察

目的 探讨阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎的临床效果.方法 选择本院2011年2月～2013年3月收治的68例急性肠炎患者,根据治疗方法的不同将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例,两组患者均给予一般治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予培氟沙星治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、退热时间、止泻时间和不良反应.结果 观察组患者的退热及止泻时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）,观察组患者的总有效率为97.1％,明显高于对照组的76.5％ （P＜0.05）.对照组有1例（占2.9％）患者出现恶心症状,观察组有2例（占5.9％）患者出现恶心和（或）呕吐症状,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义（x2=5.29,P＞0.05）.结论 阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎效果确切,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用.

Effect observation on azithromycin in treatment of acute enteritis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of azithromycin in treatment of acute enteritis. Methods 68 cases of patients with acute enteritis treated in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2013 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods,with each group of 34 cases,all the patients were given general treatment,the control group was given pefloxacin on the basis of general treatment,the observation group was given azithromycin on the basis of general treatment,the clinical curative effect,defervescence time and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were compared. Results The defervescence time,antidiarrheal time in the observation group of patients were significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.OS）.The total effective rate in observation group was 97.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（76.5%）（P〈0.05）.There was 1 case （2.9%） experienced nausea in the control group,2 cases （5.9%） experienced nausea and （or） emesis in the observation group,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（x2=5.29,P〉0.05）. Conclusion There was exact effect of azithromycin in treatment of acute enteritis,and with less adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
