重庆市体检人群血脂和血糖异常情况的分析

目的 分析重庆市体检人群血液中低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）及血糖增高的情况.方法 随机选择2013年5月在本院体检中心进行体检的5000多人,以LDL-C≥3.11 mmol/L、血糖≥6.2 mmol/L表示为异常,分析不同性别及不同年龄组间血脂、血糖的异常情况.结果 重庆市人群中LDL-C的异常率为38.37％,血糖的异常率为9.40％;血糖及＜70岁者血脂的异常率均随年龄增加而增高,不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义;男性血脂及血糖的异常率显著高于女性.结论 重庆市人群血糖和血脂的异常率高,尤其是男性、年龄大者.

The analysis of abnormalities of blood lipid and glucose among health examination population in Chongqing city

Objective TO analyze the prevalence of increased blood LDL-C and glucose among health examination population in Chongqing city. Methods More than 5000 persons who joined the health examination in our hospital in May 2013 were randomly selected,it was represented as abnormal if LDL-C ≥ 3.11 mmol/L or glucose ≥6.2 mmol/L in blood.The abnormal condition of blood lipid and glucose in different sex and ages were analysed. Results The abnormal rate of LDL-C and glucose in peoples of health examination in Chongqing city were 38.37% and 9.40% respectively;the abnormal rate of glucose and blood lipid （below 70 years old） were all increased with the increased of ages, and the difference among the different age groups was statistically significant;the abnormal rate of blood lipid and glucose in male were all significantly higher than those of female. Conclusion The abnormal rate of glucose and blood lipid were high in people of Chongqing,and especially the male and older.
