口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植的临床观察

目的 观察口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植的临床疗效.方法 选取本院2010年11月～2012年10月收治的75例患者,采用腓骨肌皮瓣、背阔肌皮瓣以及前臂皮瓣等3种游离组织瓣对患者口腔颔面部缺损组织进行修复,并分析其修复效果.结果 75例患者中,5例修复失败（前臂皮瓣3例,背阔肌皮瓣1例,腓骨肌皮瓣1例）,70例修复成功,修复成功率达93.33％.结论 腓骨肌皮瓣、背阔肌皮瓣以及前臂皮瓣等3种游离组织瓣移植对于修复患者口腔颔面部缺损组织具有较好的疗效,且较为安全,值得在临床中推广应用.

Clinical observation of free flap transplantations in oral and maxillofacial regions

Objective To observe the clinical effects of free flap transplantations in oral and maxillofacial regions. Methods 75 patients treated in our hospital from November 2010 to October 2012 were selected,they were repaired by 3 kinds of free flap transplantations like fibula osseo-myocutaneous flap,latissimus dorsi-myocutaneous flap and fore- arm flap for tissue defects in patient＇s oral and maxillofacial regions,the effect of the free flap transplantations in pa- tients with oral and maxillofacial regions was analyzed. Results Among the 75 cases of patients,5 cases were unsuc- cessful included 3 forearm flap,1 latissimus dorsi-myocutaneous flap and 1 fibula osseo-myocutaneous flap.The rest ones were successfully repaired,which accounted for 93.33%. Conclusion These 3 free flap transplantations in repair of tissue defects in oral and maxiUofacial regions can obtain good effects,which are safe and worthy of expansion in clinic.
