超声成像技术评价高血压对左室舒张功能及动脉顺应性的影响

摘    要:目的探讨超声成像技术在高血压对左室舒张功能及动脉顺应性影响中的诊断价值。方法选取本院收治的原发性高血压左室构型异常(A组)与正常(B组)患者各30例进行超声心动图检测,抽取同时期本院健康体检者60例作为对照组,比较3组临床指标。结果A组相对室壁厚度、左室质量指数、左房径及左室舒张末期容积大于B组及对照组(P〈0.05),A组血管僵硬参数及压力应变弹性系数均高于B组(P〈0.05);A组与B组的E/e’、血管僵硬参数及压力应变弹性系数均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论高血压可以导致左室舒张功能及动脉顺应性下降,超声成像技术在临床评价应用中价值显著。

Influence of ultrasonic imaging technology for the evaluation of hypertension intervention on left ventricular diastolic function and arterial compliance

Abstract:Objective To study the diagnosis value of ultrasonic imaging technology for the evaluation of hypertension intervention on left ventricular diastolic function and arterial compliance. Methods 30 cases of essential hypertension left ventricular abnormalities (A group) and 30 cases of normal patients (B group) that treated in our hospital were se- lected,and all the patients were tested by ultrasonic heartbeat graph.At the same period 60 healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as control group.The clinical indicators of the three groups were compared. Results Relative wall thickness,left ventricular mass index,left atrium diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic volume of A group were higher than those of B group and control group (P〈0.05).Vaseular stiffness parameters and pressure strain elastic coefficient of A group were higher than those of B group(P〈0.05).E/e' ,vascular stiffness parameters and pressure strain elastic coefficient of A group and B group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Hy- pertension can lead to left ventricular diastolic function motor pulse decrease compliance,ultrasound imaging technology in clinical evaluation is of great value.
