米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床观察

目的探讨米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法将80例更年期功能性子宫出血患者按治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组，每组各40例。对照组采用甲羟孕酮治疗，治疗组采用米非司酮治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为100％，显著高于对照组的70．0％（P〈0．05）；治疗后，治疗组的FSH、LH、E2、P均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血可提高有效率，且副作用较小。

Clinical observation of mifepristone in the treatment of the climacteric functional uterine bleeding

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Methods 80 patients with climacteric functional uterine bleeding were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to treatment methods,the control group was given medroxyprogesterone to treat,the treatment group was given mifepristone to treat,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate （100%） in the treatment group was significantly higher than that （70%） in the control group （P〈0.05）;after treatment, FSH,LH, F~,P in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）;the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the two groups was compared and there was no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Treating menopausal functional uterine bleeding with mifepristone can promote the effective rate and the side effects was less.
