系统护理干预对脑血管意外恢复期患者生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨系统护理干预对脑血管意外恢复期患者生活质量的影响。方法将100例脑血管意外患者随机分成对照组和观察组两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规治疗与护理,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用系统护理干预,比较两组患者的临床神经功能缺损程度评分、改良Barthel指数评分、肢体功能恢复情况及住院时间。结果观察组干预后神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,生活自理能力好于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论系统护理干预对脑血管意外恢复期患者生活质量的提高具有积极的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe influence systematic of nursing intervention on life quality of patient with cere- brovascular accident sequela.Methods 100 patients with cerebrovascular accident were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group with 50 cases.Conventional treatment and nursing were used in control group,a series of nursing intervention measures on the basis of conventional treatment were used in observation group.CNS,modified Barthel index,limb function recovery and hospitalization time of two groups were compared.Results CNS of observation group was lower than that of control group,self-care ability of observation group was better than that of control group,total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention is positive to improve the life quality of patient with cerebrovascular accident sequela.
