临床护理路径在心脏瓣膜置换治疗中的应用效果

目的 探讨护理路径在心脏瓣膜置换治疗中的应用效果.方法 采用历史对照法,将191例行心脏瓣膜置换手术治疗的患者分为两组,对照组89例采用常规护理及健康教育方法,观察组102例采用临床护理路径模式进行护理,比较两组患者的健康教育知晓率、满意度、护理风险事件、抗凝药物不良反应.结果 观察组的健康教育知晓率、满意度均显著高于对照组,护理风险事件、抗凝药物不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 采用临床护理路径模式对心脏瓣膜置换治疗患者进行护理,能提高患者的健康教育知晓率、患者及护士满意度,降低护理风险事件及抗凝药物不良反应的发生.

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of cardiac valve replacement

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment ot cardiac valve replacement. Methods 191 patients with cardiac valve replacement were divided into the control group （n=89） and the observation group （n=102）.The control group was given routine nursing and health education,and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway model.The rate of health education awareness,satisfaction,nursing risk events, adverse reaction of anticoagulant drugs of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of health education awareness,satisfaction degreewere obviously higher than that in the control group,the incidence rate of nursing risk events,adverse reaction of anticoagulant drugs were obviously lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve patients＇ health awareness rate,patients＇ satisfaction and nurses＇ satisfaction and can reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, adverse reaction of anticoagulant drugs in patients with cardiac valve replacement.
