氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的效果观察

目的探讨氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月～2013年1月本院收治的原发性高血压患者160例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各80例，对照组采用缬沙坦治疗．观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用氢氯噻嗪，治疗1个月后比较两组患者的临床效果和血压变化。结果观察组总有效率为87．5％，明显高于对照组的75．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗前，两组患者的DBP、SBP比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后，两组患者的DBP、SBP明显下降，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．且观察组下降较对照组显著，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者不良反应发生率均为3．75％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论氢氯噻嗪联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压效果显著，无严重不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of hydrochlorothiazide combined with valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hydrochlorothiazide combined with valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods 160 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group.Control group was treated with valsartan,observation group was added hydrochlorothiazide therapy based on control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical effect and blood pressure were compared.Results The total effective rate of observa- tion group was 87.5%,significantly higher than that of control group （75.0%）,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Before treatment,DBP and SBP of two groups were compared,with no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.After treatment,DBP and SBP of two groups were compared,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）,observation group significantly decreased com- pared with control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of adverse reactions in two groups were 3.75%,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.Conelusion Hydrochlorothiazide combined with valsartan in the treatment of essential hypertension has significant effect and no serious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
