多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的效果观察

目的探讨多索茶碱与氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选择本院2010年1月～2013年1月收治住院的支气管哮喘患者100例，随机分为多索茶碱组和氨茶碱组。在常规治疗的基础上，多索茶碱组患者给予多索茶碱治疗，氨茶碱组患者给予氨茶碱治疗，治疗7d后比较两组患者的肺功能指标及临床疗效。结果多索茶碱组的总有效率高于氨茶碱组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；多索茶碱组的不良反应发生率低于氨茶碱组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘效果显著，不良反应发生率低，是一种安全有效的药物，值得临床推广。

Effect observation of doxofyiline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To study the clinical effect of doxofylline and aminophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods 100 patients with bronchial asthma who received the treatment in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the doxofylline group and the aminophylline group.On the basis of conventional treatment,patients in the doxofylline group were treated with doxofylline,while patients in the amino- phylline group were treated with aminophylline.After 7 days of treatment,the pulmonary function index and clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the doxofylline group was higher than that of the aminophylline group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the doxofylline group was lower than that of the aminophylline group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The clinical effect of doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma is significant and its the incidence rate of adverse reaction is low.It is a kind of safe and effective medicine and worthy of be clinical promotion.
