系统护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗效果及负性情绪的影响

目的探讨系统护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗效果及负性情绪的影响。方法选择本院2012年1～12月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例，按入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组．对照组在常规治疗基础上给予常规护理，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予系统护理干预，3个月后复查，评价患者治疗效果及负性情绪改善的情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组干预后SAS、SDS评分明显低于干预前，且观察组降低水平较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论系统性护理干预可有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的负性情绪，提高治疗依从性，利于巩固治疗效果，值得推广应用。

Influence of systematic nursing intervention on treatment effect and negative emotion in patient with chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To investigate influence of systematic nursing intervention on treatment effect and negative emo- tions in patient with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from January to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,patients of control group were given routine nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treatment,patients of observation group were given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treat- ment.3 months after treatment,treatment effect and negative emotion improvement were evaluate.Results The total ef- fective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. SAS,SDS score of two groups before intervention was significantly lower than before intervention,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patient with chronic at- rophic gastritis,systematic nursing intervention can effectively improve negative emotion,improve treatment compliance, which will help consolidate the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of application.
