10天序贯疗法与常规三联疗法根治幽门螺杆菌的效果探讨

目的 探讨10天序贯疗法根治幽门螺杆菌的临床效果.方法 选择80例患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采用常规三联疗法,埃索美拉唑20 mg＋克拉霉素0.5 g＋阿莫西林1.0 g,观察组采用10天序贯疗法,前5天应用埃索美拉唑20 mg＋阿莫西林1.0 g,后5天应用埃索美拉唑20 mg＋克拉霉素0.5 g＋替硝唑0.5 g,比较两组患者的幽门螺杆菌根治率及溃疡愈合率,并统计两组的临床疗效.结果 观察组幽门螺杆菌根治率及溃疡愈合率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组治愈率高于对照组（P＜0.05）,无效率低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 10天序贯疗法根治幽门螺杆菌效果更显著,值得临床推广应用.

The effect of 10 days sequential therapy and conventional triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori

Objective To investigate the effect of 10 days sequential therapy and conventional triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori.nethods 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,each 40 cases,the control group were used conventional triple therapy with esomeprazole 20 mg＋clarithromycin 0.5 g＋amoxicillin 1.0 g,the observation group were used sequential therapy with 10 days,in the first 5 days with esomeprazole 20 mg＋amoxicillin 1.0 g, last 5 days were used esomeprazole 20 mg＋tinidazole 0.5 g＋clarithromycin 0.5 g,then patients with Helicobacter pylori cure rate, ulcer healing rate and clinical effects were compared in the two groups.Results The observation group with Heli- cobacter pylori cure rate and ulcer healing rate was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）,the observation group with cure rate was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）,the no efficiency rate was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of 10 days sequential therapy for Helicobacter pylori is more pronounced,it is worthy of promotion.
