糖尿病患者血脂检验的分析

目的 探讨和分析血脂检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的意义.方法 随机选取本院2011年5月～2013年3月确诊为糖尿病病例120例作为观察组,将同期体检健康者120例作为对照组,均取晨起空腹血检测血脂指标.结果 观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、载脂蛋白B含量明显高于对照组,HDL-C与载脂蛋白A1含量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 血脂检验在糖尿病患者临床诊断与治疗过程中起重要的指导意义,有效地监控糖尿病患者血脂指标变化,有利于预防各类心脑血管疾病的发生.

Analysis of blood lipid examination in patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical diagnostic significance of blood lipid examination in patients with diabetes mellitus.nethods 120 cases with diabetes mellitus were selected randomly in our hospital from May 2011 to March 2013 as the observation group,while 120 healthy examiner during the same period as the control group. The morning fasting blood lipid of patients in the two groups were examined.Results The concentration of TC,TG, LDL-C and apolipoprotein B of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,while the concentration of HDL-C and apolipoprotein A~ of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the con- trol group,there was statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The blood lipid examination plays important guiding sig- nificance in clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus,and monitoring effectively the blood lipid changes in patients with diabetes mellitus is beneficial to the prevention of incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
