妊娠期糖耐量受损对妊娠结局的影响

目的 探讨妊娠期糖耐量受损（GIGT）对妊娠结局的影响.方法 回顾性分析本院2011年1月～2013年2月收治的74例妊娠期糖耐量受损孕妇（观察组）的临床资料,并与74例同期生产的正常产妇（对照组）作比较,比较两组的围产儿情况、分娩方式、妊娠并发症.结果 观察组的围产儿不良事件发生率和妊娠并发症发生率分别为64.86％、37.84％,均高于对照组的16.22％、12.16％（P＜0.05）;观察组产妇的顺产率为25.68％,显著低于对照组的70.27％ （P＜0.05）.结论 GIGT对妊娠结局可产生不同程度的影响,所以应及时有效地处理和监测GIGT.

The influence of gestational impaired glucose tolernace on the pregnant outcome

Objective To investigate the influence of gestational impaired glucose tolernace on the pregnant outcome. Methods Clinical data of 74 cases of pregnant women with gestational impaired glucose tolerance （the observation group） in our hospital from January 2011 to February 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Perinatal conditions,mode of delivery and complications of pregnancy were compared to 74 cases of normal pregnancy （the control group） at the same time. Results The incidence rate of perinatal adverse events and pregnant complications in the observation group （64.86% and 37.84%） was higher than that in the control group （16.22% and 12.16%） respectively （P〈0.05）;The rate of vaginal delivery of the observation group （25.68%） was obviously lower than that of the control group （70.27%） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion GIGT have different influence on the outcome of pregnancy and GIGT should be treated and moni- tored timely and efficiently.
