血液内科化疗患者拒绝采用PICC的具体原因及有效对策分析

目的 分析血液内科化疗患者拒绝采用外周静脉中心处静脉置管（PICC）的原因,以探讨护理相关对策.方法 选取本科2012年1～6月收治的50例应接受化疗但不接受采用PICC的患者,自行设计问卷对其进行调查,并对调研结果进行统计、分析.结果 所有50例患者中,拒绝PICC的原因具有多样性,12％的患者认为在化疗期结束将至无必要采用置管;16％的患者对PICC不了解,其担心使用后会出现导管脱出、感染等情况;10％的患者认为置管会造成生活不便;40％的患者经济状况不允许;8％的患者担心置管后妨碍美观;14％的患者认为出院后的维护工作比较复杂.结论 护士应加强对患者的健康教育,提高对PICC的宣传,提高患者对PICC的依从性.

Cause and countermeasure analysis for rejection of PICC therapy among chemotherapy patients in the hematology department

Objective To explore nursing measures based on cause analysis for peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）rejection among chemotherapy patients in the hematology department.Methods 50 patients who received chemotherapy but rejected PICC therapy treated in our department from January to June 2012 were selected and surveyed by self-designed questionnaire in the study.The results were collected for statistical analysis.Results 50 patients had various reasons for rejection of PICC therapy,12% of patients thought PICC was unnecessary at the end of chemotherapy,16% of patients were worried about catheter detachment and infection due to lack of PICC knowledge, 10% of patients considered that PICC would cause inconvenience in daily life,40% of patients were not affordable of PICC,8% of patients were concerned that PICC would influence aesthetic beauty,14% of patients believed that PICC would require complex maintenance after discharge from hospital.Conclusion Nurses should improve patient compliance to PICC by enhancing health education on patients and increasing publicity of PICC.
