慢性阻塞性肺气肿的护理体会

目的分析慢性阻塞性肺气肿的护理方法及其效果。方法选取本院2011年7月～2013年4月收治的62例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者，将其均分为两组，对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实施护理后，观察组患者对护理的满意率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），且观察组患者的咳嗽、喘息、咳痰消失时间以及体温恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者实施有效的护理干预可显著提高临床治疗效果．并能提高患者的生命质量，值得在临床中推广使用。

Nursing discussion of chronic obstructive emphysema

Objective To analyze the nursing methods and effects of chronic obstructive emphysema. Methods 62 pa tients with chronic obstructive emphysema admitted to our hospital from July 2011 to April 2013 were selected and equally assigned to two groups.Patients in control group were given routine nursing while patients in observation group were given nursing intervention.The nursing effect of clinical symptoms was compared between the two groups. Results After the nursing care,the satisfaction rate of the patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of the patients in control group （P〈0.05）,the extinction time of cough,shortness of breath,expectoration and the restoring time of body temperature in observation group were all significantly shorter than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with chronic obstructive emphysema,the effective nursing intervention is conducive to significantly improve the effects of clinical treatment and enhance the life quality of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
