输尿管导管技术在困难全子宫切除术中的临床研究

目的探讨输尿管导管技术在困难全子宫切除术中的应用价值。方法选取2011年6月．2013年4月于本院进行治疗的90例闲难全子宫切除术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上放置输尿管导管，统计并比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间、感染发生率及不同子宫大小者的输尿管损伤发生率。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、排气时间、感染发生率均明显优于对照组，不同子宫大小者的输尿管损伤发生率也均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论输尿管导管技术在困难全子宫切除术中的应用价值较高，更有助于手术的顺利进行和控制输尿管损伤的发生。

Application value of technology of ureteral catheter in patients with diffi- cult complete hysterectomy

Objective To study the application value of technology of ureteral catheter in patients with difficult complete hysterectomy. Methods 90 patients with difficult complete hysterectomy in our hospital from June 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group,the control group were given routine treatment,the observation group were treated with ureteral catheter based on the treatment of control group,then the blood loss during the operation,, operative time,exhaust time, infection rate and ureter injury rate of different size of uterus of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The blood loss during the operation,operative time,exhaust time,infection rate of observation group were all obviously better than those of control group,ureter injury rate of different size of uterus were lower than those of control group too,there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of technology of ureteral catheter in patients with difficult complete hysterectomy is higher, and it is more helpful for the operation smoothly and control of ureter injury.
