手足口病的防控措施

目的 探讨医院内控制手足口病传播的有效方法.方法 选取本院2012年7月～2013年7月诊治的98例手足口病患儿,向医护人员、患儿及其家属普及预防知识,并将患儿集中诊治,实施有效的消毒方法,加强诊疗器械、环境级患儿消毒的隔离管理等处理措施.结果 经过采取健康教育和严格的防控措施后,患儿对于预防和控制手足口病知识的知晓率、手卫生的依从性均明显提高,与控制前比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;在手足口病流行期无一例患儿出现医院内传播.结论 健康教育、集中诊治以及严格的消毒隔离制度等多个环节联动能使医院内手足口病的传播得到有效控制.

Prevention and control measures of hand foot mouth disease

Objective To discuss the effective methods for the control of hand foot mouth disease in hospital. Methods 98 cases of children with hand foot mouth disease treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2012 were selected, the knowledge of prevention was popularized to health care workers, children and their families,the children were given the intensive diagnosis and treatment,the effective disinfection method was taken;the treatment measures were strengthened such as medical apparatus and instruments,environment level with disinfection isolation management measures for the children and so on. Results After the health education,strict prevention and control methods were adopted,the prevention and control knowledge awareness rates of hand foot mouth disease and the compliance of hand hygiene were all significantly improved,compared before the prevention and control methods,the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）;in the hand foot mouth disease epidemic periods,no children appeared nosocomial transmission. Conclusion Combination of health education,centralized disease diagnosis and treatment,strlct sterilization and quarantine regulations and measures can effectively control nosocomial transmission of hand foot mouth disease.
