高龄高危前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电切术的护理体会

目的探讨高龄高危前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）的护理方法及效果。方法回顾性分析本院50例行TURP的高危前列腺增生症患者的临床资料．比较护理前后患者心理状况、各项观察指标变化及不良反应发生情况等。结果护理前后SAS及SDS评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；护理前后IPSS、生活质量评分、剩余尿量及MFR差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但收缩压、舒张压差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；护理前不良反应发生率为26．00％，明显高于护理后（10．00％）（P〈0．01）。结论对行TURP的高龄高危前列腺增生症患者提供围术期护理，能明显改善患者不良状况，提高术后生活质量。

Nursing experiences of advanced age patients with high risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of the prostate

Objective To investigate the nursing methods and efficacy of advanced age patients with high risk of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）. Methods The clinical datas of 50 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by TURP was analyzed retrospectively,and the changes in psychological status of patients,the observed indicators and adverse reactions and so on before and after the nursing were compared. Results The differences of SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing were statistically significant （P〈0.01）;the differences of IPSS,QOL scores,residual urine volumes and MFR before and after nursing were statistically significant （P〈0.05）,but the differences of DBP and SBP were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 26.00% before the nursing,which was significantly higher than that of after the nursing （10.00%） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing is provided for advanced age patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by TURP,which can improve poor condition of the patients significantly,and can improve the patients＇ life quality after surgery.
