优质护理服务在妇产科门诊中的应用

目的 探讨优质护理服务在妇产科门诊中的应用效果.方法 选择2012年1～6月本院妇产科门诊收治的90例患者为研究组,给予优质护理服务;2011年7～12月本院妇产科门诊收治的90例患者为对照组,给予常规护理;比较两组患者的护理满意度.结果 研究组很满意72例（80.0％）、满意15例（16.7％）,对照组很满意38例（42.2％）、满意25例（27.8％）,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜ 005）.结论 优质护理服务应用于门诊妇产科有利于服务质量的提升,促进医、护、患关系的和谐,提高患者满意度.

Application of high quality nursing service in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient clinic

Objective To explore the efl＇ect of high quality nursing service in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient clinic. Methods 90 patients admitted in obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital from January to June 2012 were chose as the study group, they were given high quality nursing service; 90 patients admitted in obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital from July to December 2011 were chose as the control group, they were given conventional nursing care; patients satisfaction with nursing care of two groups were compared. Results In the study group, 72 cases （80.00/0） were quite satisfied, 15 cases （16.7%） were satisfied; in control group, 38 cases （42.2%） were quite satisfied, 25 cases （27.8%） were satisfied, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service in outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics is helpful for improve- ment of service quality, for the harmonious relationship between the doctor, nurse and patients, and can improve pa- tient satisfaction.
