银盏心脉滴丸对离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉血流量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨银盏心脉滴丸对离体豚鼠心脏冠状动脉血流量的影响。方法将20只豚鼠随机分为4组,每组5只,4组先以乐氏液灌流5~10min,记录此时的冠状动脉血流量及心率,再以银盏心脉滴丸低剂量组5只(A1组)给药浓度为125mg/L,银盏心脉滴丸高剂量组5只(A2组)给药浓度为250mg/L;复方丹参滴丸低剂量组5只(B1组)给药浓度为375mg/L、复方丹参滴丸高剂量组5只(B2组)给药浓度为750mg/L。采用Langen.dorfr法,给药后记录冠脉流量和心率变化。结果A.组冠脉流量为(8.03±0.69)ml/min,A:组冠脉流量为(8.18±0.88)ml/min,B。组冠脉流量为(6.91±0.77)ml/min,B2组冠脉流量为(6.78±1.96)ml/min,银盏心脉滴丸两组的冠脉流量均高于复方丹参滴丸两组(P〈0.05)。结论银盏心脉滴丸使冠脉流量明显增加,具有改善心肌缺氧的作用。

Influence on Yin zhan xin mai di wan to coronary artery blood flow in isolated guinea-pig

Abstract:Objective To investigate influence on Yin zhan xin mai di wan to coronary artery blood flow in isolated guinea-pig. Methods 20 guinea-pigs were randomly divided into the four groups and there were 5 gulnea-pigs in each group,4 groups,4 groups were given locke solution perfusion about 5-10 min, then the coronary blood flow and heart rate was recorded,then Yin zhan xin mai di wan of low dose group (Aj group,n=5) were given concentration of 125 mg/L,Yin zhan xin mai di wan of high dose group (A2 group,n=5) were given concentration of 250 mg/L;Fu fang dan shen di wan of low dose group (Bj group, n=5) were given concentration of 375 mg/L,Fu fang dan shen di wan of high dose group (B2 group, n=5) were given concentration of 750 mg]L.The coronary blood flow and heart rate was recorded after administration using Langendorff method. Results The coronary blood flow in the AI group was (8.03±0.69)ml/min, A2 group was(8.18±0.88)ml/min,Bl group was(6.91±0.77)ml/min,B2 group was(6.78±1.96)ml/min,the? coronary blood flow of Yin zhan xin mai di wan in the two groups were higher than that in the Fu fang dan shen di wan in the two groups (P〈0.05). Condusion Yin zhan xin mai di wan can increased the coronary blood flow and improve myocardial anoxia
