生长抑素联合红花注射液治疗急性胰腺炎的效果观察

目的探讨生长抑素联合红花注射液治疗急性胰腺炎的效果。方法收集本院2012年1月～2013年6月收治的急性胰腺炎患者52例，根据治疗方法的不同，分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予生长抑素等常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用红花注射液，比较两组疗效。结果观察组和对照组血淀粉酶恢复时间、腹痛缓解时间、尿淀粉酶恢复时间、白细胞恢复时间、平均住院时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率为88．46％（23／26），对照组总有效率为65．38％（17／26），两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论生长抑素联合红花注射液治疗急性胰腺炎效果可靠。值得临床推广应用。

Effect observation of somatostatin combined with honghua injection in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

Objective To discuss the effect of somatostatin combining with Honghua injection in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 52 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted into our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group based on different therapeutic methods. In the control group, conventional treatment like somatostatin was provided, while in the observation group, on the basis of the control group, honghua injection was added. The therapeutic effects in both groups were compared. Results The blood and urine amylase recover time, white blood cell normal time, abdominal pain alleviating time, and average hos- pital stay in observation group and control group were significantly different （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.46% （23/26）, while in the control group, it was 65.38% （17/26）, the difference was signifi- cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Somatostatin and honghua injection can has reliable effect in treatment of acute pancreatitis, which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
