临床护理路径在颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者中的应用

目的 探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者康复中的应用效果.方法 将62例颅脑外伤手术患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各31例.对照组实施责任制常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施CNP模式管理.应用Barthel指数和简化Fud-Meyer评分法分别对两组患者入院24 h、1个月、3个月予以评价.结果 观察组、对照组在病后1、3个月,患者的日常生活能力、语言及肢体运动功能较入院24h均有改善,观察组Barthel指数评分、Fud-Meyer积分、护理满意率均高于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 应用CNP对颅脑外伤术后偏瘫患者实施健康教育,可以提高患者的日常生活自理能力和康复水平,提高患者对护理工作的满意度.

Application of clinical nursing path in patients with hemiplegia after craniocerebral trauma operation

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path （CNP） in patients with hemiplegia after cranioeerebral trauma operation in their rehabilitation. Methods 62 patients with craniocerebral trauma operation were randomly divided into the observation group （n=31） and the control group （n=31） .The control group was given routine nursing of responsibility system while the observation group was given CNP model.Patients in both groups were evaluated by Barthel index and simplified Fud-Meyer score method respectively after 24 hours admission,after i month and 3 months illness. Results The activity of daily living,speech and limb motor function improved after 1 month and 3 months illness compared to after 24 hours admission,the Barthel index seore,Fud-Meyer score,and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher that those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Implementation of health education on patients with hemiplegia after craniocerebral trauma operation using CNP can improve self-care ability of daily living,rehabilitation level, as well as patients＇ satisfaction of nursing job.
