异黄酮片治疗更年期女性干眼症的临床研究

目的 观察异黄酮对更年期女性干眼症的临床疗效.方法 收集本院2012年1月～2013年6月收治的更年期女性干眼症患者218例,随机分成采用常规治疗的对照组和采用异黄酮治疗的观察组,每组各109例,比较两组临床疗效.结果 观察组的总有效率为72.5％,显著高于对照组的49.5％（P＜0.05）;两组患者治疗前后体内血清雌激素的水平均未发生显著性变化（P＞0.05）;对照组和观察组的不良反应发生率分别为2.8％和1.8％,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 异黄酮治疗更年期女性干眼症临床效果显著,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical study on the isoflavone tablets on dry eye disease in women during peirmenopausal period

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of isoflavone on dry eye disease in women during pelt- menopausal period. Methods A total of 218 womer~ during peirmenopausal period in our hospital from Janual7 2012 to June 2013 were enrolled in this study,all the patients were divided into control group （conventional therapy） and treat- ment group （treated with isoflavone）.The clinic effects was compared between the two groups. Results The clinic effec- tive rate in treatment group was72.5%,whieh was higher than that of control group （49.5%）（P〈0.05）.No significant changes of E2 was found in the two groups between pretreatment and posttreatment （P〉O.OS）.The clinic adverse reac- tions in control group and treatment group was 2.8% and 1.8% respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉O.05）. Conclusion Isoflavone showes more effectively clinical efficacy on treating dry eye disease with less clinical adverse reactions,and which is worthy to promote the clinical application.
