高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床观察

目的研究高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2011年9月～2012年10月本院收治的生育后且具有手术切除子宫指征的子宫肌瘤患者74例，对所有患者采取JC型高强度聚焦超声治疗方法，同时采用B超进行定位。在治疗后的1、3、6个月分别患者进行随访，观察患者的症状、体征、实验室指标以及影像学上的变化，综合评估患者的预后及手术并发症的发生情况。结果经治疗后，患者的尿频、经量增多等临床症状有显著改善，影像学检查显示子宫病灶明显缩小，各项实验室指标明显改善（P〈0．05）；治疗后共有11例患者发生不良反应，占14．9％，主要为腹痛、尿频、发热等症状。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著。而相关不良反应需要临床进一步研究。

Clinical observation of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine fibroid

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound in clinical treat- ment of uterine fibroid. Methods 74 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital during the period with surgical re- moval of the uterus indications after birth from September 2011 to October 2011 were selected as the research object. For all patients were taken with JC type high intensity focused ultrasound treatment,and ultrasound were used to locate at the same time.Patients were all followed up after treatment of 1,3,6 months respectively,the changes of patients with symptoms,signs,laboratory and imaging were observed,the prognosis of patients and surgical complications were evalu- ated comprehensively. Results After the treatment,the clinical symptoms of frequent micturition,menorrhagia and other clinical symptoms of patients were improved significantly.Patients imaging showed uterine lesions decreased signifi- candy,and the laboratory indexes improved significantly （P〈0.05）.After the treatment,a total of 11 patients were showed adverse reactions,which accounted for 14.9%,the main side effects were abdominal pain,frequent urination,symptoms and lever. Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of uterine fibroids has indeed effective,and the effect is remarkable,but the related adverse effects is worth to further clinical study.
