不同方法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床研究

目的 对比研究奥美拉唑和雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果.方法 选取2010年7月～2012年7月在本院接受治疗的消化性溃疡患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予奥美拉唑三联疗法和雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗,比较两者患者临床症状的改善情况,观察溃疡的愈合情况,同时对幽门螺杆菌进行检测.结果 对照组和观察组患者治疗1d时临床症状缓解率分别为59.2％和81.6％,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者溃疡愈合率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.对照组和观察组患者幽门螺杆菌根除率分别为79.6％和87.8％,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 两种方法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果显著,但在快速缓解临床症状和促进溃疡愈合方面,雷贝拉唑三联疗法要优于奥美拉唑三联疗法.

Clinical study of the comparison of different methods in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of omeprazole and rabeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter priori positive peptic ulcer. Methods 98 patients with peptic ulcer treated in the authors＇ laospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group and were given omeprazole triple therapy and rabeprazole triple therapy respectively.Improvement of clinical symptoms,healing of ulcer,and Helicobacter pylori counts of the two groups were compared. Results One day clinical remission rates were 59.2% and 81.6% in the control group and observation group respectively,with the observation group significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Observation group was also significantly higher ulcer healing rate （P〈0.05）.And Helicobacter priori eradication rates were 79.6% and 87.8% in the control group and observation group respectively, showed no significant differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both methods of treatment of Helicobacter priori positive peptic ulcer achieve significant clinical effect,but in terms of the speed of relief of clinical symptoms and promotion ulcer healing,rabeprazole triple therapy is superior to omeprazole triple therapy.
