摘    要:目的 分析评价肱骨髁上骨折后肘内翻双柱固定治疗的效果.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月~2012年1月手术治疗的30例成人创伤后肘内翻畸形患者的临床资料.结果 初发组术后关节屈伸功能角度改变为(123.11±3.98)°;复发组术后屈伸角度功能改变为(139.45±7.94)°.Flynn评分:初发组优4例,良0例,可0例,差2例;复发组优21例,良0例,可2例,差1例;初发组和复发组患者肘关节功能Flynn评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组和C组患者肘关节功能Flynn评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 双柱固定治疗成人创伤后肘内翻畸形,肘关节功能恢复满意,早期治疗效果更令人满意.

Analysis of effect of orthopedic and double column fixation for post-trau- matic cubitus varus in adults

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthopedic and double column fixation for cubitus varus after humeral supraeondylar fracture. Methods The clinical data of 30 adult patients of post-traumatic cubitus varus with surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012. Results The post- operative flexion and extension functions angle change of primary group was (123.11-+3.98)~;The postoperative flexion and extension functions angle change of recurrent group was (139.45+7.94)~.The excellent in 4 cses,good in 0 case,fair in 0 case and poor in 2 cases,according to criteria of Flynn in the primary group,and there 21 cases were excellent,0 case was good,2 cases was fair and 1 case was poor,according to criteria of Flynn in the recurrent group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05),the elbow Flynn score of group A and C were compared,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Double column fixation in the treatment of post-traumatic eubitus varus in adults has satisfactorily recovery of joint function,and early treatment is more satisfactory.
