布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入在小儿哮喘急性发作期的疗效及其对肺功能的影响

目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入在小儿哮喘急性发作期的疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法回顾分析2012年3月～2013年3月在本院儿科就诊的哮喘发作患儿90例的资料．根据治疗方法不同分为观察组48例，对照组42例，两组患者均接受常规基础治疗，对照组患儿给予特布他林雾化吸入治疗，观察组患儿给予布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸人治疗，两组均治疗5d后观察疗效。结果治疗后两组患儿症状均有所改善，且观察组总有效率、临床症状改善时间及肺功能指标均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸人治疗小儿哮喘急性发作，能明显改善患者临床症状及肺功能状态，不良反应少，值得推广。

Curative effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization-in- halation in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children and its impaction on pulmonary function

Objective To explore the curative effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization-inhalation in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children and its impaction on pulmonary function. Methods 90 children with asthmatic attack in pediatrics department of our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected and divided into two groups. There were 48 children in the observation group and 42 children in the control group followed the treatment method. The children in two groups were given conventional therapy. The observation group was given budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization-inhalation suspension treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The control group was only given budesonide.The efficacy of two groups were observed after 5 days. Results After the treatment, the symptoms of two groups had both improved, and the efficacy, clinical symptoms improve time and puhnonary function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization-inhalation in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
