血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶水平与冠状动脉病变及其危险因素的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)水平与冠状动脉病变及其危险因素的相关性。方法选择经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者与非冠心病患者共210例,并将其分为4组,其中,非冠心病组93例,稳定型心绞痛组40例,不稳定型心绞痛组42例,急性心肌梗死组35例。分别测定各组患者血清GGT、FBG、TC、TG、LDL—C、hs—cTnI水平,并分析检测指标与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。结果冠心病组糖尿病、高脂血症患者的比例,血清FBG、TC、TG、hs—cTnI、GGT水平及Gensini评分均显著高于非冠心病组(P〈0.05);GGT与FBG、TC、TG、LDL—C、hs—cTnI及Gensini评分均呈正相关(P〈0.01);急性心肌梗死组血清GGT水平及Gensini评分均显著高于不稳定型心绞痛组及稳定型心绞痛组(P〈0.05)。结论血清GGT水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度相关。在动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展中伴演着重要的角色。

The correlation analysis between serum level of gamma glutamyl transferase and coronary artery disease and its risk factors

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between serum levels of gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) and coronary artery disease(CHD) and its risk factors. Methods A total of 210 patients included with CHD and non-CHD patients who received coronary angiography were allocated into 4 groups:non-CHD group (n=93),stable angina pectoris (SAP) group (n =40),unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group (n =42),acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group (n =35).The serum levels of GGT,FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,hs-cTn I were determined in all the patients,and the correlation of these in- dexes with the severity of CHD were evaluated. Results The incidence rates of diabetes and hyperlipidaemia,the serum levels of FBG,TC,TG,hs-cTn I,GGT and the Gensini scores in CHD group were all higher than those of non-CHD group (P〈0.05);Linear regression analysis indicated that the GGT was strongly associated with FBG,TC,TG,LDL-C,hs- cTn I and Gensini scores (P〈0.01).The serum level of GGT and the Gensini scores in AMI group were higher than those of UAP group and SAP group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum level of GGT is closely to the severity of coronary artery lesions, and may plays a role in the occurrence and development of the atheroselerosis.
