多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心力衰竭的效果观察

摘    要:目的观察多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择本院2012年10月~2013年5月收治的心力衰竭患者80例,随机分成对照组与实验组。对照组采用常规综合治疗:实验组在常规综合治疗的基础上,采用微量泵持续泵人多巴胺与硝普钠;比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组显效30例,有效7例,总有效率为92.5%;对照组显效26例,有效4例,总有效率为75%;两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论多巴胺辅助硝普钠治疗心力衰竭疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,值得应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside in treatment of heart failure. Methods 80 cases of heart failure patients treated in our hospital from October 2012 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given the con- ventional treatment. Based on the conventional treatment, the patients in the experimental group were continuously added dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside by micro pump. Finally, the treatment effect of two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group, the treatment was significantly effective in 30 patients and effective in 7 patients, totally effective rate was 92.5%. In the control group, the treatment was significantly effective in 26 patients and effective in 4 patients, totally effective rate was 75%; The difference between two groups was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside in treatment of heart failure is signifi- cant, can effectively improve symptom, worthy of appliaction.
