射频消融和微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的比较分析

目的探讨射频消融与微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选择本院216例慢性宫颈炎患者，其中，120例进行射频消融治疗，96例进行微波治疗，观察比较两组治疗效果。结果射频组治疗总有效率和治愈率分别为97．5％、87．5％，微波组总有效率和治愈率分别为86．5％、83-3％，两组治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；射频组阴道排液时间与阴道流血时间均显著短于微波组（P〈0．01）；射频组与微波组术后并发症发生率分别为4．2％、11．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论射频消融术治疗慢性宫颈炎安全可靠，适合临床推广应用。【

Comparison of therapeutic effects of radiofrequency ablation and microwave in treating chronic cervicitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation and microwave therapy on chronic cervicitis.nethods A total of 216 patients with chronic cervicitis in our hospital were selected, and 120 cases were given radiofrequency ablation, 96 cases were given microwave therapy. The effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and cure rate in radiofrequency group were 97.5%,87.5%, and these of microwave group were 86.5%,83.3%, the total effective rate of two groups were significantly different（P〈0.05）, The vaginal fluid draining time and vaginal bleeding time of radiofrequency group were shorter than that of microwave group （P〈0.01）.The incidence of postoperative complications in radiofrequency group （4.2%） was significantly lower than that in microwave group （11.5%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation treatment for the chronic cervicitis is safe and reliable, this method is suitable for clinical application.
