显微外科手术不同入路治疗颅脑肿瘤的临床分析

目的探讨显微外科手术不同人路途径治疗颅脑肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月～2011年3月来本院接受显微外科手术治疗的70例颅脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象，根据各患者具体颅脑肿瘤的部位采用相应的手术人路途径，其中颅脑肿瘤完全被切除者66例，次全切除者3例，颅脑肿瘤大部分被切除者1例。分析手术的临床疗效，并分别于术后4、6、10、12个月随访观察患者的预后。结果手术后各月生活质量较手术前均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。手术治疗后，所有患者临床症状基本消失，预后情况良好，与手术前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论根据患者颅脑肿瘤病灶部位选择相应的手术入路途径进行显微外科手术治疗颅脑肿瘤，可大大提高显微外科手术的临床疗效，且患者预后良好，生活质量评分大大改善。

Clinical effect analysis of different approaches of micrographic surgeries in the treatment of intracranial tumors

Objective To explore the clinical effects of different approaches of micrograpbic surgeries in the treatment of intracranial tumors.Methods 70 patients with intracranial tumors undergone micrographic surgeries in our hospital from January 2009 to March 2011 were selected as research objects.The corresponding approaches of micrographic surgeries were applied according to the specific locations of intracranial tumors and the clinical effects after surgery were analyzed.The patients＇ postoperative prognoses were observed after 4,6,10,12 months follow-up visits.Results Quality of life of each month after surgery compared to before surgery showed significant improvement,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.After surgery,all patients＇ clinical symptoms disappeared,the prognosis was good condition, compared to the pre-operative,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Different approaches of micrographic surgeries in the treatment of intracranial tumors based on their specific sites of tumor lesions can greatly improve the clinical effects,disease prognosis,and quality of life.
