地奥司明联合物理治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

目的 探讨地奥司明联合红外线理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 选择本院2011年1月～2012年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者160例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例,对照组患者口服地奥司明片,治疗组患者在此基础上给予红外线物理治疗;疗程结束后比较两组患者临床疗效和JOA评分情况.结果 治疗组总有效率达81.2％,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（x2=6.957,P＜0.05）;两组患者治疗后JOA评分均有所升高,其中治疗组升高更明显,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 地奥司明联合红外线物理治疗可明显减缓腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰腿疼痛,疗效显著,值得临床推广.

Clinical effect analysis of diosmin and physiotherapy in treatment of lum- bar disc herniation

Objective To discuss the effect of diosmin and physiotherapy in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 160 patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were random- ly divided into control group and treatment group by random digital method, with 80 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional therapy. The control group was given diosmin, the observation group was given diosmin and infrared physical therapy. Efficacy and JOA score of two groups were detected before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 81.2%, significantly higher than control group（XZ=6.957,P〈0.05）, JOA scores in two groups all increased after treatment, and that of treatment group increased more significantly, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Diosmin and infrared physical therapy can improve waist pain in patients with lum- bar disc herniation, it has a striking effect and worthy of clinical promotion.
