枸橼酸莫沙必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果观察

目的探讨枸橼酸莫沙必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法选择2009年7月～2012年7月本院消化科收治的功能性消化不良患者84例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗，对照仅单独采用枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗，通过观察两组患者的主要临床症状改善情况和胃排空情况来评估治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后主要临床症状评分均降低，观察组较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者的胃半排空时间、胃排空时间均较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利联合复方阿嗪米特治疗功能性消化不良可改善患者的主要临床症状，有效缩短其胃排空的时间。

Clinical effect observation of mosapride citrate combined with compound azintamide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

Objective To investigate clinical effect of mosapride citrate combined with compound azintamide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 84 patients with functional dyspepsia from July 2009 to July 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was treated with mosapride citrate combined with compound azintamide,while control group only treated with mosapride citrate.The clinical effect was evaluated according to observe the main clinical symptom and gastric emptying of two groups.Re- suits The main clinical symptom scores of two groups were decreased after treatment,especially observation group,there was statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Gastric emptying half-time and gastric emptying time of observation group were shorter than that of control group,there were statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mosapride citrate combined with compound azintamide in the treatment of functional dyspepsia can improve main clinical symptom and effectively shorten gastric emptying time.
