优质护理服务工作在儿科病房中的应用探讨

目的 探讨优质护理服务工作在儿科病房中的作用.方法 将本院儿科收治的124例患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各62例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理.比较两组患者的满意度、护理工作质量.结果 观察组、对照组患儿及家属的平均满意度分别为80.6％、66.1％,护理质量考核平均成绩分别为（93.1±1.7）、（85.4±2.3）分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在儿科护理中实施优质护理可以明显提高患儿及家属对护理工作的满意度,提升护理服务质量,可在临床推广使用.

Discussion on application of high quality nursing work in the pediatric ward

Objective To discuss the role of high quality nursing work in the pediatric ward. Methods 124 patients were treated and randomly divided into the the observation group （n=62） and the control group （n=62） in paediatrics of our hospital.The control group were given routine nursing while the observation group were given high quality nursing. The satisfaction and quality of nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The average satisfaction of children and their parents in the observation group and the control group was 80.6% and 66.1% respectively,the average score of nursing quality assessment in the observation group and the control group （93.1±1.7） points,（85.4±2.3） points respectively,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of high quality nursing in the pediatrics can significantly improve the satisfaction of children and their parents on nursing job, and enhance the quality of nursing service.It can be extensively applied in clinic.
