开腹与腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床研究

目的探讨开腹与腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法将本院2010年6月～2013年1月收治的98例输卵管妊娠患者按照治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组49例，观察组患者给予腹腔镜治疗，对照组患者给予开腹手术治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、B—HCG转阴时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间及住院费用。结果对照组患者的手术时间、B—HCG转阴时间与观察组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；对照组患者的术中出血量高于观察组，导尿管留置时间、住院时间、住院费用高于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卯管妊娠术中出血量少、恢复快、费用低，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research of laparotomy and laparoscopic in treatment of tubal pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the laparotomy and laparoscopic in the treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods 98 cases of tubal pregnancy were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to January 2013,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment,49 cases in each group,the observation group patients were given laparoscopic treated,the eontrol group patients were given laparotomy surgery treated.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,β-HCG turn time,catheter indwelling time,length of hospital stay and hospital costs in two groups of patients were compared.Results The operation time and β-HCG turn time in control group,compared with the observation group,there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）;The intraoperatie blood loss in control group was higher than that of the observation group,the catheter indwelling time,hospitalization time and hospital costs in the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of tubal pregnancy has less intraoperative blood loss,faster recovery,low cost,it is worthy of popularization and application.
