含呋喃唑酮的四联疗法联合口腔洁治对幽门螺杆菌根除失败的补救治疗效果

目的 研究含呋喃唑酮四联疗法与口腔洁治联合治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除多次失败的消化道溃疡的临床效果.方法 抽取90例Hp根除多次失败的消化道溃疡患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例.对照组患者采用含呋喃唑酮的四联疗法治疗;治疗组患者采用呋喃唑酮四联疗法与口腔洁治联合治疗.结果 治疗组治疗总有效率（91.1％）明显高于对照组（71.1％）;临床症状消失时间[（3.16±0.47）d]、Hp检测转阴时间[（5.37±1.08）d]、临床用药治疗总时间[（8.05±1.72）d]明显短于对照组[（5.84±0.61）d、（8.12±1.65）d、（11.37±2.01）d];治疗期间出现不良反应例数（1例）明显少于对照组（8例）;患者对临床治疗方案的满意度（97.8％）明显高于对照组（82.2）;治疗后溃疡复发率（4.4％）明显低于对照组（24.4％）.结论 四联疗法与口腔洁治联合治疗Hp根除多次失败的消化道溃疡患者临床效果显著,值得应用.

Effect of furazolidone quadruple therapy combined oral scaling on patients with Helicobacter pylori eradication failure

Objective To investigate the furazolidone quadruple therapy combined with oral cavity clean governance in treatment of patients with gastrointestinal ulcer disease and Helicobacter pylori （Hp） eradication failure. Methods 90 cases of patients with gastrointestinal ulcer disease and Hp eradication failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given furazolidone quadruple therapy; patients in the treatment group were given furazolidone quadruple therapy combined with oral cavity clean governance. Results The total efficiency rate of treatment group （91.1%） was better than control group （71.1%）, symptoms disappear time [（3.16±0.47） d], Hp clearance time[（5.37±1.08） d], clinical drug treatment time （8.05±1.72）d was significantly shorter than the control group （5.84 ±0.61） d, （8.12 ± 1.65） d, （11.37 ±2.01） d; number of adverse reactions during treatment （1 case） was significantly less than control group （8 cases）; patients＇satisfaction with clinical treatment （97.8%） was significantly higher than control group（82.2%）; disease relapse rate after treatment（4.4%） was significantly lower than control group （24.4%）. Conclusion Clinical effect of furazolidone quadruple therapy combined with oral cavity clean governance for patients with gastrointestinal ulcer disease and Hp eradication failure is very obvious, worthy of application.
