缬沙坦联合卡托普利治疗充血性心力衰竭的效果观察

目的 探讨缬沙坦联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法 选择82例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组给予常规治疗,同时给予卡托普利,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予缬沙坦联合卡托普利治疗.观察两组患者心功能的改善情况.结果 观察组治疗后左室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、6 min步行实验分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组总有效率（95.1％）与对照组总有效率（75.6％）比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 缬沙坦联合卡托普利可改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能和心室重构,治疗效果显著.

Clinical effect of valsartan combined with captopril in treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the clinical effect of valsartan combined with captopril in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 82 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,at the same time,captopril was given to the control group,the observation group was given valsartan combined with captopril on the basis of the conventional treatment.Cardiac function improvement was observed in two groups.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,6 minutes walk test in the observation group after treatment compared with that in the control group after treatment,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of observation group （95.1%） compared with the total effective rate of the control group （75.6%）,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Va/sartan combined with captopril can improve cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in the patients with chronic heart failure,the clinical effect is significant.
