抗癌方联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的临床观察

目的 以甲胎蛋白及肿瘤的改善情况为观察指标,探讨抗癌方联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）对原发性肝癌（PHC）的近期疗效、生存质量及生存率的影响.方法 将21例PHC患者随机分为两组,对照组10例,治疗组11例;治疗组在TACE治疗的基础上口服抗癌方治疗,而对照组单纯行TACE治疗.结果 治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.91％和60.00％,肿瘤初次复发率分别为9.09％和40.00％,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组血清甲胎蛋白水平差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 抗癌方联合TACE治疗PHC可以明显改善患者的临床症状,提高生存率,减少肿瘤的复发.

Clinical observation of anticancer medicine combined with transhepatic arterial chemotherapy and embolization in treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To discuss the impact of anticancer medicine combined with transhepatic arterial chemotherapy and embolization（TACE） on the short-term curative effect,living quality and survival rate of patients with primary hepatocellular earcinoma（PHC） by the observation indexes of alpha fetal protein（AFP） and the improvement of the tumor. Methods 21 patients with PHC were randomly divided into two groups,included 10 cases in the control group and 11 cases in the treatment group.Patients in the treatment group were given with anticaneer medicine on the basis of TACE therapy while the patients in the control group were only given TACE therapy. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.91% and 60.00% respectively,the first recurrence rates of tumor were 9.09% and 40.00% respectively,the diferrences between the two groups were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The differences of serum AFP levels between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with primary PHC,anticancer medicine combined with TACE can significantly improve patients＇symptoms,increase the survival rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
