3431例电子结肠镜检查结果的回顾性分析

目的 探讨电子结肠镜检查对大肠病变的临床意义,为临床合理应用电子结肠镜检查手段提供临床依据.方法 回顾性分析本院2010年1月～2011年12月收治的3431例电子结肠镜检查患者,其中检测出大肠疾病患者1594例,分析发病年龄、性别、主要病变的差异.结果 大肠疾病中结直肠息肉、结直肠炎、结直肠癌检出率较高.1594例大肠疾病患者中,老年组结肠癌的检出率明显高于中年组和青年组.结直肠癌和结直肠息肉的检出率随年龄增长而逐渐增加.男性大肠患病率高于女性.结论 电子结肠镜对大肠病变的诊断有重要意义,有助于结直肠癌、结直肠炎和结直肠息肉的早期防治,从而提高患者的生活质量.

Retrospectively analysis of electronic colonoscopy in 3431 cases

Objective To discuss about the clinical significance of electronic colonoseopy and to provide clinical evidence to rational clinical use of electronic colonoscopy. Methods Clinical data of 3431 patients who went electronic colonoscopy in our hospital from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2011 were retrospectively reviewed among whom 1594 of them were detected with colorectal diseases.The patients＇ age,sex,the lesion differences were analyzed. Results Among sev- eral colorectal diseases,colorectal polyps,colitis and colorectal cancer had higher detection rates.According to the 1594 cases of colorectal diseases,in patients elderly group had significantly higher colorectal cancer detection rate than the middle-aged group and the youth group.Colorectal cancer and colorectal polyp had gradually increased detection rates with increasing age.Male colorectal prevalence was higher than female colorectal prevalence. Conclusion Electronic colonoscopy is important for the diagnosis of colorectal lesion detection;It helps early prevention of colorectal cancer, colitis and colorectal polyps,thereby improving the quality of the life of patients.
