儿童疱疹性咽峡炎应用炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗的效果观察

目的 探讨炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果.方法 选择本院104例儿童疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规综合治疗的基础上给予炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗,对照组在常规综合治疗的基础上单用利巴韦林治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗组总有效率为98.1％,对照组总有效率为75.0％,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 炎琥宁联合利巴韦林治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,且无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用.

Efficacy observation of dehydroandrographolide succinate and ribavirin in treatment of children herpangina

Objective To study the clinical effect of dehydroandrographolide succinate and ribavirin in treatment of children herpangina. Methods 104 cases of children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of the routine comprehensive treatment, patients in treatment group were given dehydroandrographolide succinate and ribavirin treatment, while patients in control group were only given ribavirin treatment, the treatment ef- fect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.1%, while it was 75.0% in the control group. Therefore the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the con- trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of combination treatment of dehydroandrographolide succinate and ribavirin on children herpangina is good with no toxic side effects, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
