老年人颌面部创伤感染的影响因素分析

目的分析老年人颌面部创伤感染的相关因素，以为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析本院2012年3月～2013年4月收治的200例颌面部创伤老年患者的临床资料，并对引发其感染的相关影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果年龄、致伤原因及创伤部位是老年人颌面创伤感染的相关影响因素，其中，50～60岁患者、交通事故伤、颧骨处创伤的感染比例最大（P〈0．05）。结论老年人颌面部创伤感染的影响因素对患者临床治疗具有重要的影响与作用。

Influence factors analysis of maxillofacial trauma infection in the elderly

Objective To analyze the relevant factor of maxillofacial trauma infection in the elderly,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 200 elderly patients with maxillofacial trauma who have been admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013 were retrospeetivly analyzed,and the related factors affect their infection was given Logistic regression analyzed. Results The age,cause of injury,and wound part the old maxillofacial trauma related influencing factors of infection were the related factors of old maxillofacial trauma in- fection,among them,the infection rate of 50-60 years old patients,traffic accident injury,zygomatic place injury were the biggest （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The influencing factors of elderly maxillofacial trauma infection have important influence and role on the clinical treatment of oatients.
