氨氯地平联合缬沙坦在轻中度高血压患者中的疗效观察

目的 探讨氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗轻中度高血压的效果.方法 根据治疗方法的不同将145例轻中度高血压患者分为A组（55例）、B组（45例）、C组（45例）,A组患者接受氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,B组患者接受氨氯地平治疗,C组患者接受缬沙坦治疗.结果 治疗后,A组患者的SBP、DBP均显著低于B、C组（P＜0.05）,但B组与C组患者的SBP、DBP差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;A组患者治疗显效率明显高于B、C组（P＜0.05）,但B组与C组患者的显效率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗轻中度高血压的效果显著优于单一药物治疗,联合治疗方案是治疗轻中度高血压的理想方案.

Efficacy observation of amlodipine combined with valsartan in treatment of patients with mild and moderate hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in treatment of patients with mild and moderate hypertension. Methods According to the therapeutic schemes,145 patients with mild and moderate hypertension were divided into group A,B,C.The patients in the group A （n=55） were treated by amlodipine combined with valsartan,while in the group B （n=45） and group C （n=45）,patients were treated only by amlodipine and valsartan respectively. Results After the treatment,the values of systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） in group A were remarkably lower than that of the other two groups （P〈0.OS）,but there was no statistical difference in the values of SBP and DBP between group B and group C （P〉O.05）.The excellent rate of group A was greatly higher than that of group B and group C（P〈O.05）,but there was no statistical difference between group B and group C（P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of mild and moderate hypertension,the therapeutic effect of：mbination of amlodipine and valsartan is remarkably superior to amlodipine or valsartan monotherapy,and the combination therapy is an optimal one for treating mild and moderate hypertension.
