莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁、奥美拉唑治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床研究

目的 探讨莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁、奥美拉唑治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效.方法 将104例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各52例,观察组给予莫沙必利、铝碳酸镁和奥美拉唑联合治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮和铝碳酸镁治疗,比较两组治疗后的总有效率和治疗前后症状评分.结果 观察组总有效率为96.15％,对照组为80.77％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组与对照组治疗后症状评分明显低于治疗前（P＜0.01）,且观察组治疗后症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 莫沙必利联合铝碳酸镁、奥美拉唑治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著,值得推广.

Clinical study of mosapride combined with hydrotalcite and omeprazole in treatment of bile reflux gastritis

Objective To investigate the effect of mosapride combined with hydrotalcite and omeprazole in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods 10g cases of patients with bile reflux gastritis were divided into observation group （n=52） and control group （n=52） randomly.The observation group were given mosapride with hydrotalcite and omepra- zole,while the control group were received domperidone and hydrotalcite.The total effective rate and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.15% in observation group,while was 80.77% in control group,there was statistical difference in two groups （P〈0.05）.The symptom scores after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment （P〈0.01）.What＇s more,it was much lower in observation group than that in control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Mosapride combined with hydrotalcite and omeprazole has the significant effect in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis,and it＇s worth using.
