来曲唑联合人绝经期促性腺激素在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症中的应用价值

目的探讨来曲唑联合人绝经期促性腺激素在多囊卵巢综合征不孕症中的临床应用价值。方法选择80例患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例。观察组从月经周期第3巧天开始肌内注射人绝经期促性腺激素150U／d，同时口服来曲唑．对照组则肌内注射人绝经期促性腺激素150U／d。均嘱咐患者48h内进行两次有效阴道性交，随访6个月，观察两组患者的排卵期成熟卵泡数、内膜厚度并统计两组的治疗情况。结果观察组的排卵期成熟卵泡数〉2个，显著少于对照组，内膜厚度显著大于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组的妊娠成功率为67．5％，显著高于对照组的25．0％（P〈0．05）。结论多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者使用来曲唑联合人绝经期促性腺激素能有效调节其排卵期成熟卵泡数，并增加其子宫内膜厚度，提高妊娠概率。

Application value of letrozole combined with human menopausal gonadotropin in infertility causedby polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of letrozole combined human menopausal gonadotropin in infertility causedby polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 80 patients were selected and randomly divid- ed into the observation group （n=40） and the control group （n=40）.From the 3rd to 5th day of menstrual cycle,the ob- servation group was given intramuscular injection of human menopausal gonadotropin of 150 U/d,meanwhile they ere given oral administration of letrozole while the control group was given intramuscular injection of human menopausal gonadotropin of 150 U/d.All the patients were instructed to have two effective vaginal sex within 48 hours.After 6 months follow-up,the number of ovulatory mature follicles and endometrial thickness of the two groups were observed, and the treatment conditions were analyzed statistically. Results The number of ovulatory mature follicles in the obser- vation group （〉2） was significantly less than that of the control group,and its endometrial thickness was significantly larg- er than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;the success rate of pregnancy in the observation group （67.5%） was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group （25.0%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of letrozole combined human menopausal gonadotropin in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively regulate the number of ovulatory mature follicles,increase endometrial thickness and increase probablity of pregnancy.
