瑞芬太尼与芬太尼用于术中麻醉的安全性和有效性比较

目的探讨瑞芬太尼与芬太尼用于术中麻醉的安全性和有效性比较。方法随机选取2012年5月～2013年5月在本院进行手术治疗的患者300例，将其平均分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用瑞芬太尼进行麻醉，对照组采用芬太尼进行麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果，并记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的镇痛有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组患者在术后拔管时间、清醒时间方面比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者在实施麻醉前的SBP、DBP及HR差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；实施麻醉后，观察组患者的SBP、DBP值均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组患者在实施麻醉后的整个手术过程中，DBP、SBP、HR值与麻醉之前比较，均有明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论瑞芬太尼用于手术麻醉疗效较好，手术安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of safety and effectiveness between remifentanil and fentanyl in anesthesia during surgery

Objective To discuss the safety and effectiveness between remifentanil and fentanyl in anesthesia during surgery. Methods 300 cases of patients with surgical treatments were randomly chosen and divided into observation group and control group.Observation group adopted remifentanil for anesthesia and control group adopted fentanyl for treatment.Anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared and their adverse effects were recorded. Results Effec- tive rate of analgesia in observation group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.After intubation and induction, there was no significant difference between removal time and waking time of the two groups（P〉0.05）.SBP, DBP and HR of the two groups before anesthesia had no significant difference（P〉O.OS）,and the values of SBP and DBP in observa tion group after anesthesia were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）.Compared with before anesthe- sia,the values of DBP, SBP and HR in observation group after anesthesia and during surgery were obviously declined （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Remifentanil has good and safe anesthetic effect and it should be popularized clinically.
