护理干预对母婴分离产妇乳汁分泌的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对母婴分离产妇乳汁分泌的影响.方法 选取母婴分离产妇160例,将其按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各80例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用乳房护理干预,比较两组产妇产后开始泌乳时间、泌乳量及乳房肿胀发生率.结果 研究组产妇产后开始泌乳时间早于对照组,第1、2、3、4天的泌乳量均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.产后4d内研究组乳房肿胀发生率为13.75％,低于对照组的35.00％,差异有统计学意义（x^2=6.132,P＜0.05）.两组均随访1个月,研究组母乳喂养率为85.00％,高于对照组的66.25％,差异有统计学意义（x^2=4.120,P＜0.05）.结论 乳房护理干预可加快母婴分离产妇的泌乳时间,增加乳汁分泌量,减轻乳房肿胀,保证母乳的顺利喂养.

The influnce of nursing intervention on milk secretion of puerpera with maternal separation

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on milk secretion of puerpera with maternal separation. Methods 160 cases of puerpera with maternal separation were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, 80 cases in each group, the control group was given routine care, the study group was given with breast nursing interventions, the postpartum start lactation, milk yield and the incidence of breast engorgement were compared. Results The postpartum lactation of the study group was earlier than that of the control group, the lactation volume on 1,2,3,4 day was more than that in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈 0.05）. in 4 days after delivery, postpartum breast engorgement incidence of the study group was 13.75%, which was lower than 35.00% in the control group, the difference was significant （x^2=6.132, P〈0.05）. Both groups were followed up for one month, the breast feeding rate of study group （85.00%） was higher than 66.25% of the control group, the difference was significant （x^2=-4.120,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Breast nursing intervention can accelerate maternal lactation, increase milk secretion, relieve breast engorgement, to ensure the smooth breast feeding.
