摘 要: | 目的 观察双侧背部半导体激光机照射治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取同济医院儿科2012年10月~2013年3月住院的40例小儿肺炎患儿为治疗组,并以同期小儿肺炎患儿40例作为对照组.对照组给予常规抗感染及止咳化痰等方案治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用双侧背部半导体激光机照射.比较两组患儿的疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为80%.治疗组咳嗽气喘持续时间、肺部哕音持续时间及住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 双侧背部半导体激光机照射可有效促进肺部炎症吸收,缩短住院天数,可作为小儿肺炎良好的辅助治疗方法.

Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of semi-conductor laser radiation treatment of infantile pneu- monia. Methods 40 cases of hospitalized pediatric patients with pneumonia were selected as the treatment group in pediatrics department of Tongji Hospital from October 2012 to March 2013.Another 40 cases of children with pneu- monia during the same period were chosen as control group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment, such as antibiotics with measures relieving cough and phlegm.The patients in the treatment group received add back semi-conductor laser radiation indouble side on the basis of the treatment group in the control group.The effectiveness was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 95% and 80%,respectively.The duration of cough,asthma,pulmonary tales and hospitalization were significantly less than that of the control group,respectively (P〈0.01). Conclusion Bilateral back semi-conductor laser radiation can effectively improve the absorption of lung inflammatory exudates and shorten the duration of hospitalization.It can be used as one of the options of adjuvant treatment in pediatric pneumonia. |
