莫西沙星治疗干酪肺炎型肺结核的效果观察

目的 观察莫西沙星在干酪肺炎型肺结核治疗中的疗效及安全性.方法 将44例干酪肺炎型肺结核患者分为治疗组21例与对照组23例;治疗组给予莫西沙星0.4 g/d治疗,对照组给予左氧氟沙星0.4 g/d治疗,并辅助其他相同的抗结核药物治疗,观察两组患者的病灶吸收率、痰菌阴转率、药物副反应等情况.结果 治疗组患者在病灶吸收与痰菌早期阴转方面明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,两组药物副反应差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 莫西沙星治疗干酪肺炎型肺结核有效且安全.

Observation of clinical curative effect on moxifloxacin treatment in caseous pneumoniatype pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To evalute the therapeutic effect and safety of moxifloxacin in caseous pneumoniatype pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 44 cases of caseous pneumonia pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into treatment group in 21 cases and control group in 23 cases. The treatment group was treated with moxifloxacin 0.4 g/d,and the control group was treated with levofloxacin 0.4 g/d,at the same time complementary with other anti-tb drugs treatment, the lesions absorption rate,the sputum negative conversion rate,drug side effects of the two groups was observed,respectively. Results The focus absorption rate and the sputum negative conversion rate in treatment group were significant higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Moxifloxacin in the adverse drug reaction between the two groups had no significant treatment of caseous pneumoniatype pulmonary tuberculosis is quite effective and safe.
