负压封闭引流技术在四肢开放性骨折并皮肤软组织缺损中的应用

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在治疗四肢开放性骨折并皮肤软组织缺损中的作用。方法将42例患者分为VSD组24例,常规换药组18例;两组患者均行骨折复位固定,清创术后在创面覆盖VSD系统,待肉芽组织生长新鲜后二期行创面修复,比较两组的创面清洁时间、换药次数、创面愈合时间等指标,评估疗效。结果 VSD组与常规换药组在创面清洁时间、换药次数、创面愈合时间上比较差异均有统计学意义。结论负压封闭引流技术在治疗四肢开放性骨折并皮肤软组织缺损中较传统换药具有优越性。

Treatment of open fractures of extremities with skin and soft tissue defect by vacuum sealing drainage

Objective To discuss the effect of the vacuum sealing drainage dressing (VSD) in the treatment of open fractures of extremities with skin and soft tissue defect. Methods Divided 42 patients into two groups: 24 patients in the VSD group, while 18 patients in the control group. Patients of both group had reduction and fixation. After the debridement, the wound area of the VSD group patients was covered with the VSD system. The second time repair of wound area was carried out after the granulation grew fresh. To evaluate the curative effect of VSD by comparing the time of wound area clean, the change dressing times and the time of wound area healing between the two groups. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the time of wound area clean, the change dressing times and the time of wound area healing. Conclusion The vacuum sealing drainage dressing has advantages in the treatment of open fractures of extremities with skin and soft tissue defect than the traditional method.
