侧入式横切口腹膜外剖宫产术20例临床分析

目的探讨腹膜外剖宫产术的临床价值。方法将我院2004年1月-2009年4月住院行侧入式横切口腹膜外剖宫产术的产妇20例与同期行传统的腹腔内子宫下段式剖宫产术的产妇20例进行比较。对比观察手术效果及手术并发症等。结果2组手术时间、术后肠蠕动恢复时间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。从切皮至胎儿娩出时间、术中出血量、Apgar评分差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论腹膜外剖宫产术创伤小，时间短，对机体干扰小，术后恢复快，可以推广。

Clinical analysis of 20 cases of extraperitoneal cesarean section modified

Objective To investigate the advantage of extraperitoneal cesarean section modified by sideway separa- tion. Methods A total of 20 pregnant women who had indications for cesarean section underwent improved extraperitoneal ce- sarean section from January 2004 to April 2009, and 20 pregnant women underwent traditional lower uterine segmental cesarean at the same period. The overall time of operation, amount of blood loss, postoperative morbidity of the two groups were com- pared. Results As compared with the intraperitoneal cesarean section group, the lower uterine segmental cesarean group had a much shorter overall time of operation and a shorter postoperative period of breaking wind （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but no significant differ- ence in the amount of blood loss,the duration from the skin incision and getting the fetus head out, and the Apgar score of the newborns （P 〉 0. 05 }. Conclusion Extraperitoneal cesarean section is a safe, fast,convenient and easy-to-master operation.
